The challenge
Multiple printed checklists made client conversations difficult to follow. Questions could be missed and day-to-day maintenance was cumbersome.
Paper conversation checklists became a dynamic decision tree combining transcription with structured records.
The challenge
Multiple printed checklists made client conversations difficult to follow. Questions could be missed and day-to-day maintenance was cumbersome.
The approach
I developed the school prototype into a product with a checklist editor, versions, roles, client management, and PDF export. Transcription and interpretation deliberately remain separate AI tasks; after research with the client, I selected Mistral for processing.
The outcome
A small-scale practice pilot used by employees, while the director can manage checklists independently. Relevant follow-up questions appear based on previous answers and safeguards prevent data from being deleted too early.
